The Plantgel capsules are a nice switch from the usual gelatin ones—they’re super easy to swallow and don’t leave any aftertaste. I pair these with my morning routine and the 5000 IU of D3 plus K2 feels like a solid daily boost without any stomach upset.

I've been taking these every morning with breakfast for a month now, and the fact that I only need one Plantgel capsule instead of two big chalky tablets is a huge plus. My energy feels steadier through the afternoon, and the 5000 IU dose with K2 makes me feel like I'm actually getting the full bene

The Plantgel capsules are easy to swallow, and the 5000 IU of D3 paired with 100 mcg of K2 makes it a solid combo for my winter routine. I've noticed I feel a bit more steady with my energy levels, and the bottle size is generous for the price.
