160 MG / 90 Veggie Capsules

These capsules are the perfect size for me, no more choking down horse pills. I like that the 160 mg is a manageable dose and the veggie capsule seems gentle on my stomach. Just a solid, easy way to get my daily magnesium in.

I’ve been taking these with dinner for about three weeks now, and the veggie capsules are easy to swallow without any aftertaste. The 160 mg dose feels like a solid, no-fuss addition to my routine.

These 160 mg capsules have been a steady part of my morning routine for about a month now, and the 90-count bottle lasts way longer than I expected. They're small and don't leave any aftertaste, which is a plus since I take them with just water.
