بدون نكهة / 5 جم كرياتين ميكروني | 10.58 أونصة

The unflavored powder mixes into my morning coffee without any gritty texture, which was my main worry. Each 5 gram scoop dissolves fast and I've noticed I'm not dragging through my afternoon workouts anymore.

Two scoops of this a day and my recovery between heavy squat sessions has genuinely improved. The micronized powder dissolves almost instantly with no gritty texture, and I love that it's truly unflavored so it disappears in my protein shake.

I mix a scoop into my morning water and it dissolves completely — no chalky grit at all. The unflavored taste means I can add it to anything without ruining the drink. Exactly what I needed.
