The gray band held its shape through a full leg-day circuit and didn't roll up once, which is more than I can say for my old set. Having three colors in the pack makes it easy to grab the right one without fumbling in a dark gym bag.

The marble pattern is honestly so much cuter in person, and having three different colors means I can grab whichever one matches my mood that day. These bands hold up really well through squats and glute bridges without rolling up, which was my biggest annoyance with other packs I've tried.

The marble pattern is a nice change from plain black bands, and they stay put during squats without rolling down. I've been using them for glute activation exercises and they provide just the right amount of resistance for my current level.
