初乳粉

I drink this mixed into my morning coffee and it dissolves pretty well with just a spoonful of stirring—no clumps left at the bottom of the mug. The unflavored powder doesn't alter the taste at all, which is exactly what I need before my workout.

I was skeptical about adding another powder to my routine, but this dissolves completely in my water bottle with just a few shakes. Noticed my digestion feels smoother after about a week of consistent use.

I’ve been adding this unflavored powder to my morning smoothie and it blends in without any clumps or weird texture. It’s been about two weeks and I do feel a bit more steady energy during workouts, though I wish the scoop were a little bigger for easier measuring.
