700 mg / 90 Softgels

The 700 mg per softgel is plenty strong for me and the bottle lasting a full 90 days is great value. I like that it’s just a simple, straightforward supplement without any weird additives.

The 90-count bottle has lasted me a solid three months, which makes the price feel fair for the dosage. I take one softgel with breakfast and haven’t had any stomach issues, so it’s become a steady part of my routine.

These softgels are surprisingly easy to swallow for their size, and the 700 mg strength feels like a solid daily dose. I've been taking them consistently for a few weeks now and have noticed a real difference in my overall wellness.
