Claire Z. ★★★★★

The plant-based capsules are a nice touch—they don’t upset my stomach like some others have. I’ve noticed a real difference in my recovery after workouts since starting this bottle, and the 5000 MCG strength makes it easy to stick with one capsule a day.

Evelyn ★★★★★

I’ve been taking these with my morning smoothie for three weeks now, and the 5000 MCG strength feels noticeably more potent than the 1000 I used before. The Plantgel capsules are easy to swallow and haven’t upset my stomach once, which is a huge plus for me.

Joshua ★★★★★

Plantgel capsules are a real win for anyone avoiding gelatin, and at 5000 MCG per serving they're potent enough that I only need one a day. The bottle lasted me the full four months with no stomach issues, which is more than I can say for other magnesium I've tried.
