Trippel magnesiumkompleks

Finally, a magnesium supplement that doesn't upset my stomach—the chelated form is noticeably gentler, and I feel less achy by mid-afternoon. It's been a steady, subtle boost to my daily energy that I didn't realize I was missing.

I've been taking these for about three weeks now and the chelated blend is noticeably gentler on my stomach than the oxide I used before. My sleep quality has improved and I don't wake up with that heavy, achy feeling in my legs anymore.

The chelated form is the reason I chose this over cheaper options—my stomach has zero issues with it even on an empty morning. After three weeks, my restless legs have finally quieted down at night. Definitely sticking with this one.
