The capsules are a nice size and don't leave any weird aftertaste, which is a big plus for me. It's been easy to work into my morning routine and I feel like it's a solid addition to my wellness setup so far.

I was skeptical about adding another supplement to my routine, but this one’s been a breeze to stick with. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach upset, even on an empty stomach. It's become a solid part of my mornings.

The capsule size is manageable and the bottle itself feels sturdy enough to survive my gym bag. I've been taking it daily for three weeks now and it's become a no-fuss part of my morning routine, exactly what I needed.
