مع الميلاتونين

I've been taking one about 30 minutes before bed and it's been helping me wind down without that groggy feeling the next morning. The capsules are easy to swallow, which is a plus for me since I struggle with bigger pills.

Fell asleep faster than I have in weeks, and the 30-minute timing actually held up for me. The capsules are easy to swallow and didn't leave me groggy the next morning, which is my usual problem.

Melatonin's always been hit or miss for me, but these finally got me asleep within 20 minutes and I actually stayed under until my alarm. The softgel is easy to swallow too, no chalky aftertaste lingering around.
