500 MG / 60 Veggie Capsules

I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and I really appreciate that each capsule is exactly 500 mg—no guessing or splitting doses. They’re easy to swallow and haven’t upset my stomach at all, which is a big win for me.

The capsule size is small and easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I struggle with large pills. I’ve noticed a subtle but steady improvement in my overall energy throughout the day after about two weeks of use.

I’ve been taking these veggie capsules for about a month now, and the 500 mg dose is just right for my morning routine. They’re easy to swallow and seem to fit well with my daily supplement stack.
