500 MG / 120 Veggie Capsules

The 120 capsules per bottle make this a solid value, lasting me a full month even with a double dose on busy days. The 500 mg strength feels just right for my daily routine.

I’ve been taking these 500 mg veggie capsules for a few weeks now and the bottle’s 120 count lasts a good while. The capsules themselves don’t have that weird aftertaste some supplements leave.

My first bottle lasted exactly 60 days taking two capsules daily, so the 120 count gives great value for the price. I like that these are veggie capsules instead of gelatin, which makes them easier for me to digest.
