12 MG / 60 Softgels

I’ve been taking one softgel daily for about two weeks and the 12 mg strength is just right for my routine. The softgels are easy to swallow and the bottle is small enough to keep in my gym bag.

The 60-softgel bottle is a generous supply for the price, and I appreciate the convenience of a once-a-day dose. Been consistent for a few weeks now and the softgels are easy to swallow, no aftertaste. Fits neatly into my morning routine without any fuss.

I've been taking these 12 mg softgels before my morning workouts and noticed I feel less sluggish during exercise. The softgels are easy to swallow, which is a big plus for me. Glad I gave this supplement a try.
