10000 MG BIOTIN / 60 Softgels

My nails have definitely gotten stronger and less brittle after a few weeks of taking these. The softgels are surprisingly easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I’ve had trouble with other large supplements in the past.

My hair has definitely been growing faster and feeling thicker since I started taking these. The softgels are easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste.

I've been taking these softgels for a few weeks now and my hair feels thicker when I run my fingers through it. The 10,000 mg potency in a single softgel makes it easy to get my daily dose. Only wish the bottle lasted longer than two months.
